Saute onions, peppers, celery and garlic in olive oil and butter.
Season with Tony Chachare's to taste...careful though, it can get salty if you add too much.
When veggies are tender, add the mudbug tails (aka crawfish)
and add a little more Tony's if you like.
When tails are heated through, add your favorite alfredo sauce
and toss with noodles.
Cole slurped it up, he must be a cajun at heart...

That's my boy Cole!!! Crawfish tails from a boil make such a difference...YUM-O is right!!! One of my favorite things to make after a crawfish boil!!
