What else do you do during an ice storm, but bake. Cole watched Disney movies non-stop for the last 2 1/2 days and I had to do something to occupy myself. If I watched the "puppy movie" or the "moo movie" one more time, I would need to put in a straight jacket. We have got to put a DVD player in Cole's room. Is he too young for that?

Amen to that! They look delish...I'm thinking you and I need to get together one day and do a recipe swap :)
Those look great--I am going to have to try them out. The boys and I made cupcakes during the crazy "snow/ice" days! I have been giving them away because I don't need to eat them--I have eaten enough!
Put a dvd player in his room--you will love it!
These look so yummy!! I will be printing out the recipe asap!
